Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payments using secure 128 bit HSBC e-payment. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
£7.99 inc VAT post and packaging per single case. Multiples of two cases £11.75 inc VAT post and packaging. For postcode areas areas BT, IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, PA20-88, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly please call before ordering for shipping costs. Upon delivery of your order please ensure your package is free from damage. If the packaging or goods are damaged in any way please state so on the couriers delivery note. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the courier please sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” Please retain all relevant documentation and contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs. |
